We are a family-owned company with more than 30 years of experience in property management, construction, and renovation. Having successfully managed residential properties and construction projects in Istanbul for over three decades, we have developed a deep understanding of property maintenance, renovations, and, most importantly, the needs and expectations of homeowners.
Our extensive background enables us to oversee every aspect of a property's lifecycle—from renovation and maintenance to tenant placement and day-to-day management—with professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
After relocating to Athens in October 2025, we quickly recognized a growing demand for reliable, transparent, and comprehensive property management services. We saw that many property owners, particularly those living abroad or managing investment properties, were looking for a trustworthy local partner who could care for their homes as if they were their own.
Inspired by this opportunity, we expanded our expertise to Athens, combining decades of international experience with local knowledge to deliver tailored property management solutions. Born in Istanbul in 1974, he is fluent in Turkish (native language), English, and French, both spoken and written.
He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at Istanbul Technical University in 1998. With more than 30 years of experience in construction, renovation, property management, and homeowner relations, he has successfully overseen numerous residential and commercial projects, combining technical expertise with a strong customer-focused approach.
His extensive experience enables him to understand homeowners' expectations, coordinate contractors efficiently, and ensure that every property is managed with professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail.
Head of Interior Design - Decorator
Selin Hatipoglu
As the Head of Interior Design of our property management company in Athens, she oversees all aspects of interior design and renovation projects, guiding design decisions from concept to completion. She is responsible for creating functional, elegant, and aesthetically pleasing living spaces while ensuring that every renovation reflects the property's character and the homeowner's expectations.
She also manages the company's social media presence, showcasing completed projects, design inspiration, and company updates.
Born in Bursa in 1978, she is fluent in Turkish (native language) and English, both spoken and written.
She studied Tourism and Tour Operations at Istanbul Boğaziçi University until 2001.
With more than 20 years of experience in interior design, color consultation, and aesthetic decision-making, she has contributed to numerous residential and commercial projects across a variety of companies and creative platforms.
Her keen eye for detail, creativity, and understanding of modern design trends enable her to transform properties into attractive, comfortable, and welcoming spaces that enhance both their value and appeal.
